NausicaaYami and the shadow
Added 2023-11-29 15:00:02 +0000 UTCSometimes, I get some weird ideas. Like here where Nausicaa Yami was suddenly facing me with what I thought was a bit too much genitals on view as per her usual preference, considering the sun was directly behind me.
So, being a gentleman, I did the first shoot and used my shadow to shield the private parts, shaping the idea for the rest of the series. I’ve been sitting on these for some time, as it happens. But I somehow felt I wanted to edit them now, so I did.
Interestingly, sometimes you shoot something, but the images don’t appeal to me for some reason, so I won’t edit them. They have to “feel right”.
But then sometimes I can revisit them later (years later) and find I like them when I see them with fresh eyes.
