Twinlesstwin Updated Sideboard Guide
Added 2024-04-04 01:34:56 +0000 UTCAs requested, I have added many more matches to my sideboard guide from 3-23. Some changed you could consider making to the list is swapped 1 breach maindeck over a murktide. This is to address all the leyline binding decks seeing play. Playing another spell pierce sideboard will address one ring decks, and swapping the main deck stern scolding for another spell snare is an improvement for goryos and more broadly playable in this new meta. I also think swapping a steam vents for a 2nd thundering falls is viable as there have been lots of games recently that become long games grindy games, and the extra surveil could be extremely valuable. We still have 14 untapped red sources which is the crucial requirement.

Hey can i ask you another question? Whats Our plan against scales? With this list i mention we would bring in at least 10 cards ...maybe 11 if we want a 2nd blood moon. But what we want to Board out ? 10 is a lot so i think maybe 4 ragavan 2-4 cs and then i don't know whats correct 😅

2024-04-09 14:35:26 +0000 UTCGood question! Because of dwarven mine and wrenn and six, Ragavan is difficult to rely on as a threat. I almost consider cutting it on the draw. That means we need other threats and, yes, pick your poison will be annoying if they have it. But murktide is still a very fast clock and forces an answer immediately. My main plan is still counters + blood moon. My understanding from the creativity side is they try to play a slower game and won’t really jam into removal usually. So they will do everything they can to make our lightning bolts and unholy heats dead cards or cards that can’t trade 1:1. I’d stay away from these risky card disadvantage cards and want to avoid drawing multiples

For example i cut my murk because of binding, pyp and teferi...the spell snare only hits wren, so is it worth it to add a 2nd postboard? And i am afraid of cutting removal spells, why do you do that ? Our removals are instant speed and that is exactly what we need in Response of his creativity right?
