Why I don’t play Graveyard hate right now (Twinlesstwin)

The meta can change, but right now we are in a spot where the GY hate options don’t line up well against both of the top 2 graveyard decks. There’s other ways to combat Living End (counters) so I choose that route instead. With shredders return hearse also looses some value in the mirror because of the additional plan Shredder gives the Murktide deck in the face of GY hate.

with 17 lands it's important to have red source on turn 1, if you want 3 islands you need to cut Otawara I believe to keep enough red sources, but I personally like Otawara. Islet is a utility land that makes red which is also nice!

2023-10-06 02:29:01 +0000 UTCI hope you don't mind me posting this question on his thread. What is your reason for playing 4 Steam Vents, 2 Islands, 1 Islet and 5 fetches over the more traditional 3 Vents, 3 Islands and 6 Fetches?
