Some ideas worth trying:
Against hammer board Subtlety on the draw but Blood Moon on the play.
Against Creativity cut all 4 Ragavan on the draw and keep Murktide and heat in your deck, board an additional Dress down.
Against Temur Rhinos cut all 4 Ragavan on the Draw and keep in heat + snare, board seasoned pyro + Subtlety - Save DRC until Delirium so it doesnt die to 2 damage removal spells
Do NOT board blood moon against Temur Rhinos, only against 4c Binding Rhinos
