Double Trouble! FXMaster+ November Release

Initially I was just going to put a particle effect together for Sandstorm, but it felt incomplete without a dust layer to go along with it. So for November we have a dual release of Sandstorm (Particle Effect) and Duststorm (Filter Effect). Duststorm can be re-purposed for other effects, like additional texture for a Blizzard I imagine, so feel free to experiment. Hope everyone enjoys!

In addition to the new effects this month, I added one more addition to the Magic Crystals effect. It now has a RAINBOW mode! This should be pretty fun for a party vibe 🎉
