For Twilight's vision of her deepest fear, I referenced the staging for Charlie approaching Willy Wonka at the end of the movie. The way Wonka is initially turned with his back toward Charlie is so eerie, I thought it would make Celestia's dialogue ring more coldly to play her the same way toward Twilight.
Spike's vision isn't seen on screen but I got to show how much it affected him thru the acting.
This is also a small thing, but I was so excited I got to introduce a "Shame Window" for Twilight's vision: Her failure is permanently depicted in stained glass displayed in the castle which I thought would devastate her just a liiiiittle more alongside Celestia's dismissal.

My favorite part of these thumbnails is the tiny stick Twilight, she's so cute lol. Another one of my fav opener episodes!
