I didnt get to draw Connie that often so I always practiced a lot when we knew we had one of hers coming up.
Paul and I were given both Sadies Song & Nightmare Hospital because the writers and Rebecca were concerned they felt too similar. In general, it seemed they struggled to carve out differences between the two characters: Connie and Sadie..
We did our best! Sometimes our drawings weren't as polished because we were considered the "fixer-upper" team.
The writers and Rebecca (according to her/what she told me) would give us scripts that needed a lot of re-writing, so Paul and I spent a lot of extra time re-working the outlines before we even got to start to draw. lol
