Ratings on all maps and subscription change

A triangle is coming to every map! After a few iterations of fixes, our rating algorithm became good and versatile enough to apply to almost every map in existence (except Noodle and Mapping extensions).
Enable toggle in the settings to show triangles and stars for all maps on the website and in-game. It's only rating for now, so no PP from unranked maps, but maybe such an option will appear in the future 👀
Subscription change
Meanwhile, we changed Patreon's subscription type to a more standard format: you will be charged on the day you subscribed, so no more double charges on the 1st of the month. And I hope maybe this day will be even a little bit special for you every month.
