Dev Diary #2 - WIP!

After working on stuff you can't really see for a while (foundations, classes, game mechanics and such) there finally is something I'd like you to see.
Let me say this first: THIS IS HIGHLY WIP! Nothing is final at this point and everything, especially the graphics might change later on. Also, the framerate and quality of this gif are not really comparable to the real thing ;)
Now that we got that out of the way, here is the first look at actual game play from the forthcoming XXX-Mode prototype. So I've got the physics, player controls and basic collectible mechanics down which now enables me to add a whole lot of more stuff.
So next up are more collectibles and their effects to make this an actual little game which we can use to test and see what's fun. Now that the basics are done, I should progress a lot faster.
