After playing XXX Mode, you will get a naughty polaroid of one of the stages that you successfully completed in this playthrough. It will be added to your collection where you can look at it whenever you want - or trade it if you've already got this one.
However, if you're really lucky, you will get one of these polaroids here, which show a slightly different view of the sex scenes you just played. Needless to say those are much more valuable... if you are willing to let them go, that is ;)
