SU Fusion Bracelets: WIP
Added 2024-06-05 19:47:33 +0000 UTCEven before working on Steven Universe, I had a long time passion for jewelry and gems. So I guess it's natural that at some point I would want to make SU-inspired jewelry.
These are a couple I'm working on. I thought it would be fun to base them on gem pairs and their fusions (especially since it's pride month and all).
I have a Lapis/Peridot/Turquoise one...a Rose/Pearl/Rainbow Quartz one, a Ruby/Sapphire/Garnet one... And a Steven/Rose/Greg inspired one.
They're made with high quality materials--glazed ceramic, bright sterling silver, glass and various gems, also of a high quality.
The turquoise for instance, is not stabilized or dyed, it came out of the ground in a natural blue chunk. The Lavender Moon Quartz (a type of rose quartz ) is from a specific mine in Brazil --the only place it comes from, which is actually closed.
I'm going to put these on sale on Poshmark before the end of the month. If they don't sell I shall steal them for myself (the extra fun part of jewelry making) ❤️
Is anyone else here interested in themed jewelry? I can also make these in copper which cuts the price down but the drawback is some folks may have an allergy to it.
