Ai-assisted tag

I didn’t realize people get so worked up about AI, and now I’m wondering if I should add an AI-assisted tag. A lot of you have noticed some of the stylistic quirks in Foundation of Smoke and Steel, and I figured I should give some context.
I started writing this maybe three months ago after binge-watching a bunch of Chinese dramas and not sleeping well due to an injury. I think I’ve mentioned that before. When I started writing, I did most of it in long stretches of dictation, then used an AI bot to help clean it up. I thought it did a pretty good job. I tried to fix anything that got weird, but overall, I was pretty pleased with the results.
I used Microsoft 365 and its built-in dictation because I found it had slightly better correction accuracy when capturing my initial thoughts. That’s probably why you see so much of the “not this, not that” sort of phrasing—it reflects my natural speech patterns.
Anyway, long story short, I’m getting a lot of flak on Royal Road because some people think it’s AI-written. I didn’t think I needed to disclose anything unless I was having AI write the thing entirely. But I figured I’d get your opinion.
What do you think? Should I add the AI-assisted tag to Foundation of Smoke and Steel? It doesn’t really bother me either way, but some folks seem to get really worked up about it.
