She was genuinely kind and complimentary last year, she's stayed friends with Angela despite the latter becoming an evil witch (or maybe getting too in-character, from Win's POV), and now that she has a legitimate grievance with her she's being assertive and firm but respectful! Angela is sadly too far gone to know just how good she has it.
