While Charlie recharges her batteries for a new long season, i want to post a work i made some weeks ago and I digitally edited yesterday. It's a very quick portrait of Lil Dee, a beautiful girl and model i follow on Instagram. I made this drawing with a new pen, a fountain pen with a bent nib: the 55 degree bending give you the capacity of changing the stroke thickness just tilting the pen in the right direction; it's designed to do calligraphy but it's good also for drawing. It comes with two ink cartridges and i also bought a refillable cartridge to use my favorite ink. Its name is Sailor Fude De Mannen - Stroke Style, you can find it on Amazon

I have still to test it more, I used it on a too much porous paper and the pen didn't glide as i thought. I have to test it on a smoother paper.
