Patron Release v0.3.0-b7

The big take-aways of beta 7 are the
- "Continue reading" support
- Full Library backups
- Ability to hide homepage sections from a source
The next beta should contain working downloads along with a host of bug fixes, for a complete list of planned features for 0.3.0 checkout the Milestones on Github.
