I know I shouldn't be amazed at your response - but it would have been mad to expect the kind of support you've been given me this past week! Thanks to your incredible help, updated pledges, huuuuuge amount of Etsy orders, even donations (hug!!) and just a spot of luck (selling an original this week), I'm almost even!
I've sent back the pale artbooks, but haven't heard from the printer. I'm not getting my hopes up that I'll get much of a refund, or any at all, but I've ordered a trial copy from a different printer and can't wait to see what that looks like. (And I may have impulse-ordered something else from that printer, which I've never seen any artist do, a tiny little giveaway thing to throw in with parcels I'm totally giddy about it, haha. Can't wait to show you!)
So, once again, THANK YOU! You're the absolute best. I'll keep you updated on progress on the new artbook!

It looks lovely and fortunately the size's right, I got doubts just after putting in the order ^^ and it got here so quickly, given you sent it on Monday (and I live in Sardinia, so we always get everything later)! I'm amazed. Thank you for everything you do <3

You're an absolute superstar, not only for how talented you are, but how generous and enthusiastic in so many ways and what a kind person you also clearly are (case in point, ordering something extra as a giveaway in the midst of the disappointment recovery). I'm SO pleased you've recouped the loss from the artbooks and maybe the response from folks is almost worth the stress and disappointment because now you really know how loved you and you art both are! xxx
