These two look about the same age for me. I didn't even worry about it. And yes, Eusine is not in the game yet, but he'll surely appear, as he's very involved with Suicune.

So i messed up and didn't check the ages before requesting turns out Roark is only 16 and morty is 20 ..... even though Morty looks younger DANG IT MORTY! lets just say this is after a two year time skip, i'll be sure to use Google next time before i make a romantic request. But this couple is soooo CUUUTTEE! And yeah I know Morty's primary ship is Eusine but i don't think he is in masters 🤔
