i thought it'd be interesting if he had a set amount, but he can change their places (set amount = 44 WHO WOULDA GUESSED)
like all 44 have to exist on his body but he can control where they are.
i guess if he wants to he can just make two eyes each consisting of 22 eyes...... i'M GONNA DRAW THAT NOW!!!!
