Instead, I kept adding layers until it was a muddy mess. Well, I suppose that's what the Dark Side gets you. This is a new attempt.
EDIT: Re-uploaded with YET another new version. I actually painted this six times (three of which were pretty much finished). Boy, this one bothered me. But now I'm happy with it!
