Calendars! =D

My favourite printer finally, finally has a load of great calendar options! (They're the guys who made "Cannae"; I just love the things they do). I'm putting together a vertical-format calendar with six recent and six classic images. They will be available in two formats - postcard sized and either A3 or A4. ^__^ What do you think, should I go for A3 or A4? ~Edit: Yup, A3 it is!

(The coasters, by the way, haven't worked out - there was no way to do sets of four to six different ones without buying at least three hundred, which I don't think I could sell! ;))

I haven't had one since the good old Howe, Lee and Nasmith days either. And Edelfeldt. Aaaaaah Edelfeldt...

First time in years that I'll be able to get a worthy Tolkien calendar - wee!

I usually only use my calendar for noting down things like holidays or birthdays anyway, usually just with a name or a line through some dates to indicate time off, so I think the smaller size is a great idea.

Oh cool! ^^ I'm going for A3, yes, especially as it's almost no cost difference. It's got two Thranduils, too!

It's got almost no room for any notes - the calendarium is tiny; but that leaves more room for art! ;)

My calendar wall-spot can handle A3 or A4 so either is fine. This is perfect. I was just thinking a few days ago that maybe, this year, I should get a calendar again.

I'd certainly be more interested in the larger calendar size. More room for all my deadlines!

On the other hand, I still consider it almost miraculous that some things *can* be printed in small numbers at a reasonable price, and even in variations! I'm hoping that Moo will make other printers follow up with "several designs per print run" options. Good reasoning about one very small and one very large - I'd arrived at pretty much the same conclusion as well! I'll do that. :)

Don't you just hate it when you'll have to take 100+ of an order right away? Geese, like people can't need something for smaller numbers..For calendars, since you have the postcard sized one too, I'd go for the A3 size, especially since prizes will not matter much on those. Now you can choose either small or big.

That won't be too much of a difference, actually! Right now, I'm thinking of ordering no more than 20 or 30 of each, and the price in my shop would be around 15-20 Euros for a calendar. :)

A3 would be great - but I guess it would be quite a lot more expensive, wouldn't it? Any idea how the prices might be?
