Changes to TIERS

I've made changes to the Patreon memberships. Now we have the LEGACY TIERS; all of you who have been long-time supporters of the project are LEGACY members. These tiers are cheaper and offer the same benefits as regular TIERS. This way, those of you who have supported the project from the beginning will always have this advantage.
LEGACY TIERS have limited membership slots. If the list is full, please be cautious when canceling your membership, as there may not be available slots later.
