Project Overview: August 2023

-images above is supposed to be a webm animation that I recently fucked up on saving/backup, I fucked up on saving the project files, couldn't recover the .duf files but nevertheless I can still recreate them since the models are still with me.

Setting up a deadlines: The final release will be this month, I will finish Project EVE: this month (August) no matter what.  
- Thank you for your input on the polls, it definitely helped me focus on the format for the release.
- Please bare with me regarding the game, I am still learning the basics of scripting, and quite frankly its interesting to learn, but quite frustrating at times, when you want something as simple as a:
1. Magnifying Glass icon/clickable, - that then zooms the image on the screen. Planning to add a 4K downloadable pack that works like those HD texture packs on games that you could unlock by playing the game, that you can then zoom in and out from.

2. EVE's third eye on the main menu following the cursor of the mouse as you select the options, I want this for a surreal feeling of being watched. I imagine I can also implement this on future scenes like eye tracking etc.

3. A Hue/Saturation overlay and working sliders on EVE during her modification for customization. (I can do this with show/hide transparent png's but the options will be limited, for example rendering each and every option as a png then overlaying the image as you select each option.)

But in the examples given, it isn't that simple at all, since RenPy uses some custom code and then you have to call the python script to.
If you know someone that does understand RenPy / Python scripts that I can commission to help me understand how to implement them, Id appreciate the suggestions.
