It can be, it will most definitely be a benchmark on future project ,whether to include scat.

I think the idea of bladder and bowel control/torture is a great one and underused in BDSM pics. Along with body mods, it's one of the best way to turn a prisoners body against them with enemas or bladder filling. Making them hold it for hours and then explode is a humiliating torment.
