Updated and New Sims 4 Mods for Patch/Pack (Post #3 of ??)

NEW mods for the patch and Growing Together pack:

Better Breeding Ground - I think that having a pet litter is a challenge, so I made the lot trait a CHALLENGE, and now it doesn't use up a lot trait slot!
Better Cat Hangout - This mod changes this Lot Trait to a Lot Trait CHALLENGE so that it no longer uses up a Lot Trait slot! Also, it is allowed on ALL venue types!
Better Dog Hangout - This mod changes this Lot Trait to a Lot Trait CHALLENGE so that it no longer uses up a Lot Trait slot! Also, it is allowed on ALL venue types!
Better Island Spirits - This mod makes the Island Spirits Lot Trait a Lot Trait CHALLENGE, so that it doesn't use up a Lot Trait slot! And besides, spirits are spooky, right?!
Better Mean Vibe - Playing with mean Sims is a challenge for me, so this mod makes the Mean Vibe Lot Trait a Lot Trait CHALLENGE. The added bonus is that it doesn't use up a Lot Trait slot!
Better On a Dark Ley Line - This mod makes the On a Dark Ley Line Lot Trait a Lot Trait CHALLENGE, so that it doesn't use up a Lot Trait slot! Multiple vampire infants?! YES, that's challenging!
Better On Ley Line - Are you trying the 100 Baby Challenge? Then you need this mod! This mod changes the On Ley Line Lot Trait to a CHALLENGE, because if you are having multiple infants, well, let's face it - THAT'S CHALLENGING!
Better Registered Vampire Lair - This mod makes the Registered Vampire Lair Lot Trait a Lot Trait CHALLENGE, so that it doesn't use up a Lot Trait slot. Also, it is now accepted on Apartment lots.
Better Romantic Aura - Using this Lot Trait to give your Sims a LOVE boost? Well, now they are boosted even more than before! The Flirty and Confident mood chances have been increased, plus the Romance Relationship multiplier is doubled!
Better University Student Hang Out - Now allowed on the following lot types (which were forbidden): Hot Spots, Residential, Retail, Spa, Restaurant, Rental, Tiny Home Residential, Haunted House Residential. Still not allowed on - University Housing and Veterinarian lots.
Better Vampire Nexus - This mod makes the Vampire Nexus Lot Trait a Lot Trait CHALLENGE, so that it doesn't use up a Lot Trait slot!
More Money - This mod provides Starting Funds of 75,000 Simoleons, plus 7,500 additional simoleons per Sim in the household.
World Select Screen Sort - Changes the order of worlds on the World Select screen.

UPDATED mods for the patch and Growing Together pack:

No Toilet Pranks by Goofballs - updated for patch and Growing together pack; prevents sims with goofball trait from pranking toilet; reduced buff timer
More Computer Mischief - added autonomous behavior for Goofball trait; removed the skill test for the menu items to appear; tweaked for patch and pack compatibility
