I can take more time writing before I start posting again, so I can build up a bigger buffer or I can start posting again, but at a slower pace while I rebuild that buffer.

Don't rush making something you think others may like. Take your time to make something that you love. Having a new chapter is nice and all, but having a new and amazing chapter is always better. Plus, with you working on two series, I don't want you to get burnt out just to give us new chapters.
