I needed some more townies for my game, so thought I'd share them here. They dressed in all categories and I've used most packs (sorry). They're CC free bar;

Jack is a good guy with a real love for food! If he's not cooking up a storm, then he's out trying a new dish that he's heard about. He has a minimalist approach to his wardrobe, having hung on to the same pair of sneakers for as long as he can remember! Jack's hoping to find his place in life, maybe running his own restaurant, or a stall. As long as he's fed and feeding others, he'll be happy!
Ruth Caldwell
Ruth is the most loyal Sim you will ever meet, but don't break her trust or give her reason to doubt you. She's been burned before when it comes to romance, and she can be on the jealous side. Ruth is obsessed with cleanliness, and keeps her apartment spotless at all times.
Octavia Cooper
Alternative girl Octavia is dog and cat mad, but she'd never buy from a pet store. She'd love to adopt an animal that really needs a home, and she'd give it the best possible forever-home imaginable. Her self-assuredness goes a long way to helping her achieve her goals, and she has a big list! Never swaying toward a particular goal in life, Tavi wants to try everything, and be good at it all!
Jamie Phillips
Jamie has always been kinda lazy, but he just loves chilling out at home after a long shift as a Security Guard for a gated community. A few games on his console, and he's a happy boy. Jamie's always dreamt of meeting The One, but so far he's been unlucky in love.
