Slight changes to tiers

If you haven't seen it yet, I've just released a new career. You can grab it here.
I've made some changes to my tiers, but just to let you know, you don't lose anything at all.
Tier 1 ($1 Silver) remains the same, with patrons receiving early access to my downloads by at least 2 weeks.
Tier 2 ($3 Gold) is new, and offers the above, plus access to my polls and WIP's. (Works in progress).
Tier 3 ($5 Platinum) has had an icon and name update, and offers all of the above, plus career requests (1 per patron, per month).
