Hasegawa Makoto, the actor that plays Miyata, is a member of The Rampage Exile Tribe. he was also in High and Low: The Worst X. Furuya Robin, who plays Iwanaga, are you thinking about 'Intercom ga Naru Toki'? it looks similar to what you are referring too. I haven't watched it. It sure sounds interesting from the synopsis.
