I get the whole thing with Ta is controversial. Playing devil's advocate... I'll say the situation is complicated but it's still cheating. Even if not cheating, the lie is the bigger betrayal. Phee was suspicious and asked Non about it. Non chose to lie and then slept with the teacher again---and they were reckless and left themselves vulnerable to being caught. So now there's a video. There's no question that Phee was betrayed or that Mr. Keng is an opportunistic predator. However, Non still chose to sleep with this man, lie to his boyfriend, and then sleep with Mr. Keng again. Up to that point, he'd told Phee about everything else he was going through. While we can understand why Non made those decisions, they're still bad choices, especially for his relationship. It's also a violation of trust. If I was Phee and even knowing what Non was going through, I'd have to wonder if he would do the same in the future the next time he had an issue.
