For the viewers is clear, that there's more than just "friends with benefits" between them. I think the problem is 1) Team probably needs some verbal confirmation which leads to 2) Win perhaps hasn't been so into someone, that he would say the words; he never used the word love nor even like. And even if someones action are clear, the Phrase "I like you" (I love you might be too soon rn) can do a great amount in boosting someones confidence in relationships. But that's just my opinion *lol*
