As an ally and mom/sister-cousin to all who need one, I have appreciated that the industry is starting to recognize that it NEEDS to be more responsible with these stories. Yes. It's entertainment. But like you said, there is a whole community of people who deserve their flowers NOW. 💐

I'm happy to see actors and idols take the plunge. i know some may look at this as a cash cow but I feel like sometimes we have to push through those obstacles in order to eventually better the industry as a whole. We won't get anywhere if we don't use the talent to our benefit lol. It's a bonus when the actors actually promote and advocate for the community in which they are benefiting off of!

Not the usual BL actors we see on repeat or some of the more unknown actors. I feel like South Korea is moving toward BL being just like any other genre and this is allowing more "main stream" male actors to take on these roles. Bigger names creates more acceptance. I know it's still a big risk for these actors to have their names associated with a culturally taboo subject matter. Big ups to the risk takers. I look forward to the day when there is no distinction. Period.

And I agree that Jung Hyun thinks he is protecting Jung Wu but is really holding him back. I've already finished the series so I don't want to elaborate. But its so good! The acting is amazing!! This is not a typical BL and I was really sucked into the drama of it. I love your reactions to this so far and your appreciation of Leo :)
