Preview/Update 26/12/21

Morning all, and happy non-denominational end of year feasting and gift giving day to you! Hope you all have/had a good one!

Have another look at the next Dark chapter, in which our three Chon’sinian expats find an empty inn.

So. Writing update. Yeah, things aren’t going great on that front. I’ll have SI chapter whatever finalised and posted before the end of the year, and Dark probably sometime in January. Then, gods only know. Probably something self insert related sometime in February.

Reminder that you only have one more week to drop your pledge levels to the $1 tier, or you’ll be charged for whichever tier you’re still on.

Also, when I made that life update saying ‘I need to step back, lower your pledges’, I did not expect half of you to increase them. That was… yeah. Wow. Y’all are incredible. Even if you just lower your pledges and stick around through all this bullshit, you have no idea what that means to me. Heart emojis. Heart emojis everywhere. Y’all have no idea how badly this has set off my imposter syndrome lmao.

I’m gonna do a vlog for new year, just talking a little more in depth about what’s going on and what we can expect going forward. Also, thanks to one mad lad (you know who you are, you beautiful bastard you) we hit the $500 goal, which I’ll be discussing during the vlog, too. The crew and I have some ideas, but I won’t go into that here.

I mean, I could, because I got to work a full half hour early and I have nothing better to do (and I’ll be damned if they get even a minute of free overtime out of me), but I’ll save it for the vlog.

So, yes, Christmas. Yay. Ugh, I’m just happy this year is almost over. I did get a cool Warhammer kit, which was nice, and some other badass minis from a game called Kings of War from my brother. Which is great. There was also turkey. I’ve been eating nothing but turkey for three days now.

I also didn’t realise at the time, but I managed to get through the entire 2021 Games Workshop Hobby Bingo card. That’s a lot of minis to paint in one year, and I’m kinda proud of that achievement lol. Although I still haven’t finished my 1k point challenge yet. I still got a week, though! I can still make it!
