Update/Preview 13/12/21
Added 2021-12-13 01:26:17 +0000 UTCMorning, all! Sorry for the radio silence last week. I was kinda preoccupied with… well, one of the worst hangovers I’ve had since I was a teenager. I’m getting too old for binge sessions. Apparently, though, I was quite the riot on the discord voice chat. Aaaaaaand then I aggressively came onto my editor MinuteRice. It was a wild ride, and I remember none of it.
Anecdotal, though. Have a look at the new Dark chapter!
I remain committed to getting both Dark and Canon chapters done before the end of the month. I’m trying. I’d also like to get Blazing Trinity done by the end of January at the latest, but it’s, unfortunately, just not a priority. As much as I want it out of the back of my mind.
Also, screw you, Fancy Patrons, for that tie on the A Support poll. Why you gotta do that to me? We figured it out, but… mean.
So, yeah! Stuff. A bunch of shows started dropping on Netflix, which I need to get my ass in gear and watch. Titans season 3 is already out, and Witcher season 2 drops this weekend (I think), so it’s building up.
Good news, though! I’m starting rehabilitation therapy on Friday for my back. The goal is to not need surgery, so hopefully by working out I can avoid all that song and dance. I’m not particularly hopeful, but, hey, baby steps. It’s something, at least.
I haven’t really got much else going on. My challenge to my mate, to paint an entire Age of Sigmar army by January, progresses nicely. I’m about… I wanna say just a little less than half done. I’ve finished a squad of Dreadspears and most of my Executioners, as well as my Dreadlord on Black Dragon (I call him Senior Bitey). All that’s left after the Executioners is my Dark Riders, my Charybdis (which is actually done, I just gotta finish the Beastmasters that go on the base with him) (I call him Fernando), and my Sorceress, and I’m done! I’m doing well. I mean, they’re not award-winning level by any means. But they’re done.
