I am sorry for the lateness of this update; have a look at the new Dark chapter!

Unfortunately, as I’m sure you’ve guessed, Dark is gonna be late. Between a combination of me being sick and this chapter just giving me grief, I couldn’t get it done on time. Seriously, I swear I’ve restarted this fucking thing three times now. It just… wouldn’t. But, that’s an unfortunate part of the creative process. It happens. I think I’ve got a good idea of how to proceed now, and the draft is about 60% done. But I do apologise for the delay. The next canon self insert chapter is totally planned out and ready to rumble, I just gotta get Dark squared away first.

I haven’t really done anything else this week, aside from beat my head into the keyboard screaming incoherently. I haven’t even been painting. I’ve watched a lot of the British comedy show 8 Out Of 10 Cats, so I’m not sitting in a silent room while I’m eating (I hate the sound of eating lol). It’s pretty funny. Just a bunch of comedians talking about stuff and making fun of each other. As a break over the weekend while I was trying to sort plot details, I put together my first Gunpla model, too. My brother had a couple lying around, and didn’t want them anymore, so… yeah. It was the Wing Gundam, from Gundam Wing (imagine that…). It was nice to just build something and be done, instead of have to worry about a further six to ten hours of painting afterwards. Although it was only one of the beginner level kits, so I found it pretty piss-easy. I’m looking forward to getting a kit a level up, trying myself there, too. It’s a fun, meditative experience. Or so I say now; lord knows I’ll get one of the harder kits and end up asking why I ever thought it was a good idea.
