So, Dark is done. I’ll do up some polls this weekend for next month’s chapter. Progress has slowed a little on the canon Self Insert chapter, but hopefully I can get it done and to Rice before the end of the week.
The delay with the chapter is due to a change in my anxiety medication. It is fucking me up, yo. I’m lightheaded on and off, and I mean I feel drunk kind of lightheaded, plus it’s making me dopey as fuck most of the day. It was fun for about a half hour. Now it’s just annoying. The adjustment period for new meds always sucks, though. I’m sure I’ll be bouncing back in no time at all.
I’ve also started playing Ring Fit Adventure, and it is also kicking my ass. I knew I’d gotten out of shape, but… damn. I underestimated how fast I’d atrophied. Squats suck. But, progress is progress, I guess. I’ve been getting kinda into Ancient Greek and Roman stuff lately, too. It’s research, and it’s fun. The Greeks were fucked up, man. And I’m basing the Valmese off Rome. So. ‘Research’. History is awesome.
