So, I’ve got the chapter of Blazing Trinity back from Rice, but progress has been slow on Dark, so I made the call to focus on Dark instead. It’s... gonna be another close thing. I didn’t realise it was so late in the month already. But! We’ve got the chapter all worked out, so all I gotta do is write it. Regular Self Insert after that. Which, gonna be honest, not looking forward to. This next self insert chapter is both the conclusion to, and the start of, multiple story threads. It’s gonna be work. But! I’ll get ‘er done!
So, the next few months are gonna suck for me and my very limited free time. Not because of bad things, but because of good things that make me realise how messed up my work/life balance is. April has a new box of Warhammer Quest coming out (my copy of which should be arriving in the mail tomorrow/today and I am so excited I literally can’t sleep), and May has the Mass Effect HD collection dropping (long-time patrons will no doubt know how important that trilogy is to me). All that, and I have a lot of writing to do. Which I also love. So. Kinda screwed here. Lol.
I’m also sick again. There’s a stomach bug going around, and it’s hit me hard. I had to go home from work early today, which went very poorly and ended with me saying “I don’t get paid enough or treated well enough to push through this. Have a good night.” and walking away. Not looking forward to the fallout from that, but I can only be pushed so far, and I’ve reached that point, so my patience for the place is thin. At least I have tomorrow/today off to recover, though. ALL OF THE DRUGS! AH HA HA HA HAH!
Ahem. Enough complaining from me for one week. I shall endeavour to get some more content out soon. Hopefully on time, and if not, hopefully not too late. Thanks for all your continued support, and hello to all the new patrons! Nagaspeed, all!
