Preview/Update 28-02-2021
Added 2021-02-28 16:36:03 +0000 UTCMorning all! So, as I’m sure you all noticed, I posted the new Self Insert chapter. This has left me in a lovely spot of having nothing to preview. So, thinking to capitalise on the Pokémon hype, I figured I’d dredge up a look at the old, cancelled sequel to my story ‘Daily Lives of Retired Pokémon Masters’. It’s in the continuity of the Pokémon story I’ve wanted to write for aaaaaaaages now, so maybe it won’t stay cancelled forever?
Anyway! Yes, Self Insert is done! Blazing Trinity this month. Because it’s already March here. I’m gonna hopefully get most of Self Insert Dark done this week so I can focus on BT. And I’m still having fun with A Matter of Pride. Got some good 40k jokes in this coming chapter.
So, yes! Pokémon hype is at an all time high again for the series’ 25th anniversary. I grew up on this shit, so it’s nice and nostalgic for me. I still love Pokémon, even if I haven’t played a game properly in nearly a decade. I do keep going back to my save file on Crystal every few months to play a few hours, though... Doesn’t really count, does it? Speaking of gaming, I’ve been getting into Persona 5 Strikers lately, and I’m fairly impressed by how Koei-Tecmo keep reinventing the Warriors formula. Also, the jiggle physics! Definitely a KT game lol. My only complaint is that I really wish I could turn the BGM down. It’s really overpowering, and quite honestly, I don’t like the Persona franchise’s music at the best of times. But that’s just a personal preference thing.
