Morning, all! Have a gander at the next SI!Dark chapter.

So, Dark is done and with Rice for editing. I’m finishing up the final planning stages of Blazing Trinity’s finale now (WE BEAT THE LYN CAMPAIGN CURSE! WOO!). Aaaaaaand I haven’t actually needed warming up lately, so I haven’t been working on A Matter of Pride. I intend to sit down and do a little with it tomorrow, though.

Aside from all that, not much else is happening. If I’m not writing, lately all I’ve been doing is painting. I got the Warhammer: Warcry Catacombs expansion, and I’m having a blast with the minis in it. The terrain, not so much. Fuck terrain, yo. But the minis themselves are amazing. I did up one of the Khanite Shadowstalkers as a prototype, and my brother’s exact words were “he looks like that dude from Legacy of Kain. From Soul-Reaver.” And now I can’t unsee it. We’ve been having a lot of fun with Warhammer: Underworlds, lately, too. Things got so intense, so down to the wire, during one of our games last week that I jumped and clenched my jaw at the same time and bit a chunk out of my cheek. Hurt like a bitch, but I won that game. Yes, I’m aware that Age of Sigmar and Warhammer 40K actually have games themselves, but screw them, the side-games are way more fun. XD
