Okie dokie, so here’s a snapshot of this month’s Dark chapter. I actually decided to showcase the scene I had y’all vote on earlier in the month, about whether I should kill Layne or not. Don’t worry, votes were overwhelmingly in favour of keeping her alive, so she walks away from this, but you can see how easy it would have been to just... yeah. This is also easily one of the most brutal and violent chapters I’ve written, and I think Rice actually wants me to push it further. We’ll see how that goes. Draft is done, and we’re all systems go on Blazing Trinity! Next stop, an old bald man on a farm! Yay!

So I just discovered Mountain Dew flavoured Doritos. They are... not great. They start like a lime flavoured chip, which isn’t so bad, but then they get sweet. It’s so weird. I have a whole bag of these fuckers now, and they’re so gross. orz

I’ve also been on another painting kick lately. Mostly because I’m stuck on a boss in Shantae, but also because I found a box of the old metal Sisters of Battle in my brother’s pile of shame, and I’ve been painting them. Seven hours last night and I only painted two and three-quarter minis. Ive... got a long way to go. I’ve also been rocking the Monogatari audio books while I do, and I gotta say, Vertical did a pretty decent job on them. Erica Mendez as Senjougahara is just insane, I didn’t think the voice of Bernie would have it in her, but I stand corrected. I’m thinking I may give my hand a break tonight and get back into Bloodstained, but I haven’t decided. I’m off work until Thursday, so the world is my oyster! There will be sleeping. Much sleeping. XD
