CONTEST TIME! Three Houses Reverse-Isekai!
Added 2019-09-23 00:14:53 +0000 UTCOkay, so! In my update I mentioned the little contest I wanted to run. We had a lot of fun last year with the whole "Pick a song that adequately represents the Haunted House arc of the Self Insert" contest, so I figured I'd do another one.
Rules are simple: write a short story, between 1000 and 3000 words (ish; it'd be hypocritical of me to harp on about word limits when I hate them so...) about a member of the Three Houses cast being reverse-isekai'd (transported) into the real world and becoming your room mate. That's it.
One winner will get a picture of them drawn by XcelltasticX with their chosen roomie, but every entry will be compiled into a collection and posted here for everyone else! Maybe other places too? Haven't thought that far ahead. Thoughts for later.
Entries are not limited to one per person, but there will only be one winning entry, so keep that in mind. To enter, just send a PDF or doc or something of your story to the following email address, with the subject 'METALLOVER IS AWESOME 7.5' so I know what it's for:

Make sure you include your pen-name (how you want to be credited in the anthology) in the email.
No, your story does not have to include your real name, pseudonyms are encouraged.
I'll discuss the particulars of the prize with the winner after the contest.
