Crazy Ex-Girlfriend | REACTION | Season 4, Episode 4

Just to say, the thumbnail is the recap, so I stuck an image of Tucker onto it just so you know I haven't make a mistake with which episode it is, lol. I tried something different with the way I edited this one - I thought it might be a better way since it gives you a little extra space to place your copy of the episode onto the video. 

LMK if you don't like it and I'll revert back to the old way. I thought it would stop my computer overheating if I wasn't recording the episode at the same time as the reaction, but it didn't really make a difference in the end. 

Hopefully not having the blurred image showing, as the episode played, wasn't an issue. I don't know why it would be unless you used it to check how you were synced up. I'm hoping the runtime in the bottom right will be enough for that. 

BTW, I've discovered that the count in was always slightly out, lol. I'm a little bit perplexed as to why that was. I've made some adjustments (to fix lip sync issues) in my settings for the audio and image, in order to offset a delay between the two, so it's likely something to do with that. 

Anyway, I lined this one up (to get the runtime right) with how my eyes were moving as the scenes were changing and it looks to be bang on, but that does mean that the count in is almost a second out. Hopefully you can sync it OK with the first few seconds, where I show the picture and audio, and by using the runtime. LMK if it was a problem. If it would help, I can do a visual count in like I did a while ago, again, LMK. 

I also want to apologize about how my mic has been sounding lately. I'm not sure what's happening but it sounds a little distorted. It doesn't help that I used both headphones because I tend to shout like an old man when I do that, haha. My earbuds broke, which is why I said I was stressed during the intro - it took me AGES to figure out why I wasn't getting sound, until I finally realized it was the earbuds. 🤦‍♂️

I moved further away from it for this one in an attempt to fix the distortion, however, not only did it not fix it, but the picture quality was also reduced (it's a webcam and it doesn't handle distance well). I'm not sure what I can do about it. I'll try to get it sorted for future reactions. It might be damaged in some way, in which case there's nothing I can do. 

I picked up a spoiler (I don't think it's a huge one) that Greg might be returning at some point during this final season. I spoke about that in the outro if you're interested in a 5 minute explanation, lol. 🤦‍♂️

For anyone who has recently rejoined my Patreon: I said I would make all of season 4 free to view, which I'm going to do, but it occured to me that less people would watch the fair use reactions on YouTube (I'm currently uploading a bunch of them) if they could potentially watch the full reaction on here for free. 

So I decided to wait until I've put a few fair use reactions of this season up before making S4 free to view. As it is, my prolonged break from YouTube seems to have really damaged my channel's reputation with the algorithm, 😂 and they're not getting many views anyway. They were never hugely popular, so it doesn't bother me, but yeah I don't think many people are going to be joining us based off of those.  

I'm still going to wait until those have been uploaded before making S4 free on here though. That should be in a couple of weeks time, so if you want to cancel next month's pledge you won't have long to wait until the rest are all free to view.
