Just tried some amazing new Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 mods – my thoughts on the modding scene
Added 2025-08-13 16:18:56 +0000 UTCLately I’ve been experimenting with a bunch of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 mods – from new Goku and Vegeta costumes to full Dragon Ball Super transformations like Ultra Instinct, Super Saiyan Blue, and even some fan-made Dragon Ball Heroes characters.
I’ve noticed the Xenoverse 2 modding community is super creative, but also divided between those who share mods for free and those who lock them behind paywalls. I personally love finding free mods that still have amazing quality – things like custom Kamehameha effects, Fusion forms, and totally new story quests.
It’s incredible how far the DBXV2 mods scene has come, and I think it’s worth supporting groups that focus on making mods available for everyone. I’ve seen awesome work from modders who do this just for fun, and I’d love to see more collaborations in the future.
