I always start with the blocking phase, which is just getting the general pose, angle, and hints of facial expression. Then I go in with a dry run of what the linework will possibly look like with most of the detail in place. Finally, I go in with the actual inks and close up any gaps for the coloring phase :3
Still grinding away, but expect more real soon!
