Temporary Odd Posting Schedule
Added 2023-03-13 17:19:52 +0000 UTCHey all, I’m so sorry- I’m under a lot of pressure and strain at day job right now and had to deal with some identity theft to boot. Some stolen funds were denied recovering and I’ve been taking that kinda hard.
The next page is almost done, and I’ll get that posted ASAP (I just keep getting stopped so the progress has been bitten into much smaller chunks over time). I’m feeling a lot of anxiety about it. I can’t stand when I cannot be consistent with posting schedules.
Anyway, commissioners, I will touch base with all of you individually today! As for the other two pages of this month’s comic quota, I have every intention to meet it, but they might just come out on wonky unexpected days during this month. After some financial loss, this is WAY too important for me to skip, so you’ll get the next pages before the end of the month no matter what.

Someone stole my identity back in 2011, and even though I was able to get my refund back, my life was completely upended. I’ve never been able to fully recover either. I hope your side ends up better, and you become less burned.

It was a blessing in disguise really, as they were paying their bills but they were in my name, LOL! Didn't know about it until I went to get a mortgage and they were like, are you aware of this and this and this and this? I'm like yes, no, yes, no. I was able to get police involved and that straightened out. The second time, my debit card was skimmed and all of a sudden all this stuff was being bought all over the county in a matter of days (nothing too expensive) and the bank started calling me saying I kept hitting my limit, you don't have the funds, etc. etc. That one was a little harder to overcome as I had to get documents signed and notarized for around 60 purchases. While monetarily painful, and a possible lengthy recovery, Identity Theft can be overcome. Patience and friends to lean on are the best in situations like this. Lean on us if you need to. :)
