As we know each tier represents a character and at the time he didn't elaborate on who "Runner" was. Just that they were important and he was excited for their inclusion further down the line. Have we gotten confirmation if Mark is "Runner" or not? I believe he is based on his pinup, which was very similar to the silhouette used for "Runner". Not to mention the pinup was more tasteful, which Jack said was going to be the case for the more important story characters. My curiosity has gotten the better of me at this point so I wanted to pose the question.
