It would make sense why he got so upset over Cooper's comment and referred to him with 'You're just another hate crime waiting to happen.' I could be way off and River may just be a cisman who enjoys drag, as men who partake in drag are in danger of hate crimes as well. but it's just something to think about.

Did I miss it on a page where River expressed preferred pronouns? Or is that more of an etiquette thing in the drag community?
