Chelsea may have learned off screen or potentially once Andy told her about Emery, or maybe they checked out boys together. I think this is also coming off the trail of thought that Andy ever 'came out', or even more so, Andy is more so exploring and sharing the trauma of the event rather than focusing on the sexuality portion.

I thought it was at some point before the main events of the Internship but I remember Andy saying something to Emery about not being sure what he is, but Cooper seems to be aware of it and so does Chelsea, so..... ??

We’re the last generation to grow up not having any kind of gay role models in our lives and that’s the last thing we needed from someone who was supposed to be an example for us.
