Without going into too much detail, I hit an unexpected and severe decline in my mental health this month. This page took me a REALLY long time. Almost two pages worth of hours punched in. Between the headaches, depression, dry heaving, anxiety, and more, I was trying. I was putting down marks even if I could only do a little bit at a time. I was already really upset with myself for having to put projects and commissions aside, so I was determined to not let my challenges take the big main passion from me. I wanted to get you guys three pages this month so bad. So... hooray! Small victories.
I'm in therapy again and trying to get my physical health back on track, so I'm feeling hopeful. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. You guys are some of my biggest inspiration to keep going and keep trying ?
Anyways, onward to this page! Gotta love watching two single braincells ping-pong around the room with their emotions and baggage x3

Happy you're posting again, and very happy you're mental health is doing better even if only a little. You do amazing work and should be proud of every mark you put on the page as each one is an accomplishment.

I suffer from severe ptsd and depression some days are worse than others but I manage it with the help of my therapist and physical training. Every situation is different but I totally understand when that can hit you out of nowhere. Please be sure to take care of yourself! Sending massive positive energy your way!✌😁✌
