New Beginnings

Hey everyone,

It’s been a while since my last post, and I want to start by saying I’m sorry for the silence on the page. I owe you an explanation. I hit a creative wall that I just couldn’t push through, no matter how much I tried. Creativity doesn’t always follow schedules, and for a while, I had to step back. I had the stories and the art ready, but I couldn’t push myself to keep creating the comics. The truth is, I burned out.

I know I let many of you down by disappearing and keeping you waiting, and I want to acknowledge that honestly. I am truly sorry for that. Simply put I just stopped enjoying creating the comics I was putting out. And for a creative process such as this, it is extremely hard to push through if you stop enjoying it.

But the pause made me realise that I still enjoy the stories and the story telling. The break led me somewhere new. I’ve rediscovered my spark, and I want to share it with you in a different way. Instead of comics, I’ll now be creating long-form stories (mostly with illustrations).

I’m excited (and a little nervous) to say that starting now, I’ll be releasing these stories, chapter by chapter, every week. They’ll be slow-burn romances, with tenderness, intensity, and a touch of soft domination — the kinds of stories I’ve always wanted to tell in full. Imagine diving deep into characters and arcs that unfold with patience, tension, and beauty — with artwork sprinkled in to bring key moments alive. It’s a shift in format, but one that excites me and feels true to where I am now.

To give you a sense, the longest story is already 80,000 words and 30+ chapters. A couple of others are around 40,000 words right now. All of these are unfinished and I’m still writing them.

Once again, I am deeply sorry for the absence, but I hope you’ll feel my excitement in what’s ahead. Thank you for giving me the space to stumble, pause, reflect on what I’m doing and what I want to do. And starting afresh.

And a special, heartfelt thank you to every one of you who held on, who asked about me, who messaged me, who showed patience and love. Even when there was no activity on this page. Knowing that I had you guys waiting kept the spark of creativity alive. I couldn’t have done this without you. Truly, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

And now, we move forward. Change, as they say, is the only constant.
