First Fantasy
Added 2020-10-23 16:12:40 +0000 UTCIt’s the piece I pulled my avatar from, so I figured what the hell. I did a lot of my initial color and lighting practice on this piece (the rough edges are obvious to me; you tell me what you think). This is also the very first piece I ever did messing around with gradients and I think it went a long way toward setting a nice atmosphere, especially in the on-her-back side of the piece. I didn’t used to be any good at angled or off-kilter perspective shots either so the challenge on this one was the ”guy’s” perspective and the angling of his body. I might revisit it in future as a “look at my progress!” piece. Enjoy!
